Hebrew 8:10 ; "Because this is the covenant that I shall make with the house of Yisrael after those days, says YHWH, giving My laws in their mind, and I shall write them on their hearts, and I shall be their Elohim, and they shall be My people"...this passage comes out of Yirm 31:33.
We are saved by His grace, free from our sin and punishment by His mercy...He turns our hearts from stone to flesh....He gives us new hearts...the heart for His laws. He changes our way of thinking and give us a new attitude...an attitude to be obedient!
Obedient out of love, NOT to get saved...we are already saved!
Yoh 3:36 ; "He who believes in the Son possesses everlasting life, but he who does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of Elohim remains on him."
We are saved by GRACE, but then we have to start being obedient!!
Luke 6:46 ; "But why do you call Me 'Master, Master' and do not do what I say?"
Being obedient is NOT a burden, and it does not mean you are trying to get saved by keeping the law!!! The Pharisees tried to get saved by obedience, then Messiah is of no value to you. Again you have to remember, the Torah teaches grace, and grace alone = salvation, and obedience = blessing!!!
Let me put it this way:
There is a little boy who was riding his new bike on the driveway. His dad keeps telling him to be careful and that he should not go to close to the street. The little boy just has to test this, and decides to be disobedient. He thinks "I'll just do one quick turn in the street and come right back"...unfortunately, just as he went into the street, a car came racing around the corner. ...
But just in time the little boy's dad caught the back of the bike and saved the boy from being killed. He saved him from being killed...he could have been killed because of his disobedience.
But now he was safe!!!!
One of two things can happen:
1. The boy takes advantage of his dads ability to save him. He does not listen or obey his dad's rules. He keep getting into trouble and life-threatening situations, because he doesn't believe his dad knows best.
2. The boy has learned to trust his fathers rules, because he now knows it is only there to protect him. Even though his dad saved him, he needs to obey to keep safe!! Until he has learned to be responsible. This way he will always be safe!!!
We are and can only be saved by the Messiah!!! But He gave us the Ruach ha Kodesh (Set-apart Spirit) to help and guide us. The Torah gives us guidelines to help us and to 'cleanse' us so that our lives will become set-apart for Him. Once you get saved, you only then begin to learn how to life a life like the Messiah!!!
The bride is getting ready...
Some people say, "but I'm not ready or this is not the right time..."
Well, when is? When the Anti-Christ is revealed? When the great tribulation starts or when He finally descends on the clouds?!
Make it now!!!
Num 6:24-26; "YHWH bless you and guard you;
YHWH make His face shine upon you,
and show favour to you;
YHWH lift up His face upon you, and give you peace."
